Approx. 1 YR Old Terrier Mix Male

I am a sweet loving goofball of a dog. I'm about a year old and 50 pounds. Everyone who has met me has fallen in love but I have to admit I am strong. I need someone with muscles or I hear there is a thing called a gentle leader that woul d help my leash manners.

My hope is to find a family to love me I love to play and run, but at the end of the day all I want is to be in your lap. Being king of the castle with no other dogs would be ideal, I do not like cats so please none! I'm a gentleman with manners who knows sit, bring it back, drop it, leave it, go in and I even come when called. I'm housebroken and crate trained too!

There is a good family out there for me- it's about time I found them! If you know someone looking for a big lap dog complete an application.

About Last Chance Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We provide adoption services in NY, NJ, CT, RI, NH, MA and ME.

Last Chance Animal Rescue is a Charitable, not -for profit organization, created to save the lives of animals. We rescue animals that are located in "KILL" facilities and underwrite the costs of relocating them to "NO KILL" facilities in hopes of finding them a forever family. We work with local veterinarians for spay-neuter/ medical services until permanent placement is secured into a pre-screened loving home. We depend on donations to continue to save these helpless loving animals from being killed and hope that you will consider supporting our cause..... saving as many lives as we can.

Our Adoption Process...

We require a completed application which is approved based on a review within 7 days. If approved a home visit is conducted and provided both parties agree to proceed with the adoption a donation of $250 (dogs over 6 months) and $350 (dogs under 6 months) is requested before the animal is placed in a new home. Please note that pets under the age of 6 months are not spayed/neutered. We require the adopter to provide proof that, at their own expense they have complered this procedure within a reasonable period after adoption.
