Booker, our man is smooth like Barry, and his voice got bass. A body like Arnold with a Denzel face. He's smart like a doctor with a real good rep, and when he goes in - he's relaxed with pep! Crate and House Trained! Good with all female dogs and submissive males! - Good with Cats, Too! Medium to high energy this sweet guy loves the night time and can snuggle with the best of them. DOB 04/05/2013 - Wt. 65 lbs

Booker is so affectionate, not one mean bone in his body! He is very good inside, very calm and is great off leash! He absolutely loves ropes and tennis balls! Booker does well on his own, but loves other dogs. He is kenneled trained! Booker is ready for his new home! Weight as of 1/1/14 is 50 lbs!

NICKNAME: Booker FAVORITE TOY: Laying on the slide and then sliding! LEAST FAVORITE: Waiting for his slide! CRAZIEST THING HE'S EVER DONE - Barked at Journey because he was on his slide! PERFECT DOG DAY: Resting on the top of his slide and watching the world go by, eating of course and bedtime!

Booker T was picked up by animal control and brought to the city kennels. He had been fending for himself and was very hungry. He is looking better and better each day and as of 08/10/2013, he weighs 29.2 lbs. He appears to be appx 4 months of age - EST DOB 04/05/2013.He is grouped with 3 other of our friends and they are all doing great together - even sharing bedtime together with food!Please help us find Booker T his new home!
**All of our dogs are located at our parent organization, Wynne Friends of Animals, in Arkansas. We do provide transport to different pickup locations in Vermont, Connecticut, and others. The adoption fee of $450.00 includes the cost of transport, spay/neuter, vaccinations, micro-chip and one month supply of heartworm preventative.**

Wynne Friends of Animals is a private, no-kill, rehabilitative sanctuary in the State of Arkansas, approximately 45 minutes west of Memphis, TN. We have been in existence since 2007, and been voted best in Arkansas every year since inception. Come Meet Our Pets...

Wynne Friends of Animals - Rhode Island, is pleased to partner with our award winning shelter in Arkansas, to rescue and place homeless dogs in the New England area.

All dogs adopted, are up to date with appropriate vaccinations, have been spayed or neutered, are currently on a monthly heartworm & flea preventative, are microchipped. Microchips are registered to the adopter once approved and payment is received. We also supply complete health records, and to prevent a lapse in treatment, a 1 month dose of heartworm preventative (Heartgard) is included with the adoption.

Our Adoption Process...

Adoption Application that has to be approved by the Board of Directors of the Wynne Friends of Animals - This application is designed to help us assist you in finding a matching companion for your family. We will respond to your email within 24 hours. Wynne Friends will check veterinarian, landlord (if applicable), and/ or personal references provided. Also, a home visit may be requested by one of our volunteers. Once approved, the adoption process can begin. Click this link for a your application -

Total Adoption Fee $ 450.00, which includes transportation to the New England area. We use PETS LLC as our transport service out of Cookeville, TN (www.petsllc.net). They are USDA approved for travel. All dogs will have appropriate travel health certificates.
