From the Foster:
My name is Tommy and I am 7 years old and a big boy. I am a quiet guy and I am good with other kitties. I have no real feelings towards my canine foster siblings. My foster mama is always telling them, "No Bark," but it doesn't bother me at all! I also have some kitty foster siblings here. I like them all. One girl kitty, named Polly, she seems upset around me. Foster mom says don’t worry cause she just takes time. Me too - I like to take my time adjusting to new surroundings, but I'm an easy, happy camper once I'm comfortable.
I just like to hang out and be the cool cat I am . My foster mama is very affectionate. At first I didn't understand what hugs and kisses were so I would growl, but now I know its all good so I just let her love on me.
A few more things about me: I do my business in the box! Foster mom says my fur is silky soft. I am looking for a furever home where I can kick back and just hang out. If you have room for a quiet, sweet, silky guy please fill out an application so we can meet!
All cats are in individual foster homes throughout the Twin Cities.

If you live in MN, WI, IA, SD, ND, or IL and would like to meet/adopt this animal or anyone else, then please fill out an adoption application at http://secondhandhounds.org/adoption-information/ and the foster(s) will be in touch!
Keep in mind that there may be multiple applicants applying for the same animal(s). You only need to complete 1 application for multiple animals that you're interested in.
Note - We change an animal's listing to say "PENDING ADOPTION" when they already had a meet and greet with a family who plans to adopt that animal. We put "NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS" on a listing when an animal has multiple applications in and the foster has asked to stop accepting any more while they review the applications they've already received.
