Serenity (Declawed & Spayed)'s Story...
"Serenity" is a beautiful 6-year old female Snowshoe Siamese mix kitty who was brought to the HSOV on May 13, 2016 in hopes that we could locate her family. This gorgeous girl has a cream-colored short smooth coat with chocolate brown-and-black markings, a long dark tail, and a very pretty face which is beautifully marked. "Serenity" has lovely deep blue eyes. She has a calm, quiet disposition and a friendly personality, but it takes her a little while to warm up to new friends. "Serenity" has been front-declawed and has likely been spayed. She weighs 10 lbs. and was given vaccinations and wormer on May 13, 2016.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Serenity (Declawed & Spayed), a Marietta Snowshoe cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Snowshoe for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Snowshoe cat from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Snowshoe breeders who help with Snowshoe rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
