Tink's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Tink is a 7 yr old Miniature Schnauzer that still has plenty of life left in her. Ripped away from the only life she had ever known since she was just a little baby. Her human was forced to live in an assisted living facility where she was not allowed to have pets and Tink and her companion Bell were dumped at a kill shelter in rural Alabama in hopes that someone would some day come take them away from the scarey place they were forced to endure. Tink has had a complete physical and found to be in excellent health and was very well taken care of. She is great with other dogs, cats, kids and people of all ages. For an application and more info please email.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tink, a Crossville Standard Schnauzer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Standard Schnauzer for sale in Crossville, or seeking a Standard Schnauzer dog from a breeder in Crossville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Crossville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Crossville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Standard Schnauzer breeders who help with Standard Schnauzer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Crossville paves the way for another one to be saved.
