Lil Bit's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Lil Bit is a 2 yr old Terrier mix that was living in a hoarding situation, in horrible conditions.. Till she came to our rescue, she had very little social interactions with any other dogs or even people, other than those on the property. She was scared and shy a first, but with patience, time, and lots of TLC she came around well. She is doing great good with the other dogs at her foster home. She needs basic training but learns quickly. She is Heart worm negative and UTD on all her shots and preventatives. She can not go to a home with small children or cats. She will make a wonderful companion to the right person or family.

Her adoption donation for is $200.  FFOS is an all volunteer, 501(c)(3) group,  so your donations are tax deductible and go right back into the care of all the wonderful pups.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lil Bit, a Crossville Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Crossville, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Crossville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Crossville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Crossville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Crossville paves the way for another one to be saved.
