Dixie's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Dixie is a sweet young girl that loves attention. One of her favorite things to do is to snuggle on the couch and watch TV with her humans. She loves to play with her chew toys, or run and play with her fur siblings. She is learning her house manners and has done exceptionally well! Dixie is young smart and very trainable.

She is learning to walk on a leash and getting better every day. She eats and sleeps in a crate at night. She rides well in  a car. walks on a leash and sits on commands (most of the time)
She will make a great addition to any family!

Her adoption fee is $200. We are an all volunteer, 501(c)(3) non profit rescue. All funds go back into the care and support of these wonderful pups.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dixie, a Crossville Bloodhound/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bloodhound/Labrador Retriever for sale in Crossville, or seeking a Bloodhound/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Crossville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Crossville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Crossville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bloodhound/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Bloodhound/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Crossville paves the way for another one to be saved.
