I may look like grumpy, but I'm a sweetheart!

Leah was born about April 7, 2012 and is a nice, big, kitty.  She is very sweet and loving and wonderful with the other cats and the visiting Cat House dog.  Leah did take a bit of time to become comfortable in our environment so she may be one of those kitties that will need just one room available when she first goes into a new home.  Once adjusted she has become a quick Cat House favorite of staff and volunteers.  Leah's very sad story is that the new husband had allergies so bad he was miserable in their home and was confined to the bedroom or computer room and couldn't even eat meals with his new wife and kids.  We so hope their lives get better and that we can find a wonderful new home for Leah that she can call her own for her lifetime.

A cat can live 12-18+ years if cared for properly. Be sure you are able to care for it for its lifetime.
