My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cait!

Puppy Female Dachshund mix!

Owner surrender.

Cait was surrendered over with her dachshund mother "Daphne" and 4 siblings. Small breed. Itty bitty and shouldn't get very big! Pocket pup! Doesn't realize she's small! Little body but BIG personality. Takes on the world. Doesn't mind playing rough, wrestling, and playing with the big boys! Kind of top heavy and sometimes stumbles, tumbles, and rolls. Gets right back up and keeps on going! Loves to tug and chew on toys and bones! Enjoys all sorts of attention. Belly rubs and butt scratches. Will make a great dog for most any home setting. Incredibly smart and intuitive! Will be easy to crate and potty train. Puppy pad trained. Enjoys adventure and is excited about all new things and situations! Everything is meant for play including you type of dog! When she wears out enjoys curling up next to a warm human for love! Makes friends easily and gets along well with everyone. Needs an adopter that has time to teach and train a young adolescent dog. Puppiess are a lot of work. Needs to be provided with an outlet for her boredom: daily walks, entertainment in the form of stuffed chew Kongs, puzzle and many chew bones to keep her occupied and content while you are away for the day! Ready for her new furever home!

Adoption fee covers (if not done already) vaccinations, spay/neuter, and flea/tick/de-worming treatments.
