Sonny's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sonny's Story...
Sonny (Chihuahua/Jack Russell) is a neutered male, apx. 2 years old - left behind in a trailer park when his owners moved and left him inside in sweltering heat. Sonny is up to date on shots, rabies, vet checked and is an "Alpha" male therefore he needs to be with females or a male who is passive. He has a moderate energy level so a backyard would be perfect for this little bundle of play!

Sonny would be perfect for a retired couple who is home all day or being a service dog. He has separation anxiety from being abandoned and just want to be with you 24/7.

As with all rescues, please give them time to adjust to their new environment - Minimum 4-6 weeks before you can see their true personality. Making them an integral part of your family, showing them love and affection and providing them with toys and play time will help them become a great family member.

All Saving Orphan Souls Rescue Dogs are up to date on all shots - 5&1, Rabies, have all been spay/neutered, microchipped and have been vet checked and cleared.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sonny, a Glendale Toy Fox Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Toy Fox Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Glendale, or seeking a Toy Fox Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Glendale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glendale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glendale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Toy Fox Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Toy Fox Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glendale paves the way for another one to be saved.
