If you like big and friendly - guys -Squirrel is your man. Weighing in at 19 pounds he is a spectacularly beautiful cat. Do not let his weight fool you, though, he is a big baby at heart. He will push on you to show you that he wants to be pet, he will meow at you to show he is hungry, and he never hisses even when you pick him up (which he does not particularly enjoy). When you first hear him meow you will not believe it is coming from him. He is part of a bonded pair.  Squirrel and his little buddy Kitten have been together since Squirrel was four weeks old. Squirrel is very protective of her. Kitten is playful and sweet - and a little shy at first. Squirrel is very friendly and outgoing. Squirrel needs to be in a home with someone who is at home and has time to spend with him. He thrives on human companionship as well as that of his little buddy. He enjoys stealing food from his bff and chasing her around. He will surprise you when you go to bed because he'll want to go completely under the covers with you!
