Felicity's Story...
My name is Felicity and I am a very sweet little girl! I was living in a feral cat colony and was spayed on 4/21/08. I am current on my vaccinations and tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV. I don't remember exactly when I was born, but my foster dad thinks it was in August 2007. He also thinks I may be part Maine Coon because I am so pretty and have long fluffy hair. I miss my buddies in the cat colony where I was, but I've decided to be in indoor pet. It's safer and the food comes on a regular basis. :) I love to be petted and picked up. Won't you please give me a home? I will be ready for adoption on/after May 10, 2008.

If you are interested in adopting Felicity, please contact Chris at 210-232-2790. Sorry, we do not ship our cats, provide any transportation, or do out of state adoptions.

Adoption Process: We require all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application prior to setting up an appointment to visit with the cat(s). We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. If you email us, we will provide you with an application - either by email or by mail.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Felicity, a San Antonio Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
