Camille's Story...
10 weeks, blue gray with green eyes

Camille was rescued with her mama and five siblings from a lady's backyard.  The lady's neighbor had moved and left Camille's mama to fend for herself but the nice lady fed her and contacted a rescue person who saved mama and kittens.  Camille is one of two Russian Blue mixes in the litter.  She is a beautiful little girl and loves to run and play with her sister and brothers.  Camille is quiet, but pick her up and pet her and you will hear a rumbling purr.  She gets along well with other cats and with the small dog that lives at her foster home.  She will make some lucky person a wonderful companion.  Camille has been spayed and microchipped and is current on her vaccinations.  She is happy in her foster home but is ready to find her forever family.  She hopes it will be some loving person like you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Camille, a San Antonio Russian Blue kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a Russian Blue kitten from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
