Cleo is an exceptionally beautiful GSD. She appears to be about 2-3 years old, with a sweet but worried disposition. She has been through a lot in her young life, and we are looking for a great home that can provide the training and consistency she needs to build up her confidence. German Shepherd or similar breed experience will be required for her adopter.
Cleo can be a bit dominant and protective -- typical of female shepherds, so a home with a submissive male dog would be best. She is learning her manners, and responds very quickly to corrections. She loves the company and affection of people. Like most GSD's, she can be shy around strangers, so will need a patient and experienced trainer to help with proper introductions. Like all dogs, structure and consistency will make her thrive. Once you get to know this sweet girl, she will watch out for you forever.
