Kobe's Story...
Meet Kobe! He is a 2 year old Siberian Husky who was surrendered by his owners after being hit by a car but he is in perfect health. He loves other dogs and people but we are unsure how he is with cats. He is your typical young Husky who is very athletic and has jumped fences in his previous home and will run if let off leash. He knows sit and shake but could use some consistent training and would love the extra attention. He needs a home that will provide him with a lot of exercise and has time for proper grooming for his thick coat. He is being fostered at CBW Hudsonville. Please call to set up a time to visit Kobe at the Hudsonville location if you are interested in meeting him. Neutered 5/19/2016. Cat-tested soon. Adoption fee $200.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kobe, a Holland Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Holland, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Holland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Holland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Holland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Holland paves the way for another one to be saved.
