My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

CAN ANYONE HELP THESE DOGS.
THE FOLLOWING IS ALL WE KNOW ABOUT THEM.

Recently, HSSC was made aware of four hounds (see attached pictures) who are being cared for by a gentleman in Basye when they were left behind. There were originally six and he found homes for two of them and there are four left. Two males and two females - none of them are fixed. We have the females scheduled to be fixed (one of them had puppies out on the chain over the winter) and a temporary boarding place for them to recover, but really need a home type situation for all of them.

If you know of anyone who is willing to adopt one of these dogs, please have them email, call or text me (540-421-4842). I am currently looking for a rescue to take them in as well. They will need someone who has patience and time to let them settle in their new home and to provide plenty of positive training and love to make them feel secure. Feel free to share this email as well.

Thanks,
Melisa
