Gracie's Story...
Gracie is a 4 1/2 month old dark grey/brown pittie mix. She is super sweet and LOVES kids. She is currently living with 2 children, 3 dogs, and a cat and is doing very well in the home. She can be a bit dog selective and prefers bigger dogs but is currently living with a chihuahua and a dachshund and is doing fine (took about a week ). Gracie likes to chase and play with the cat but is not aggressive at all . She enjoys going for walks and loves to snuggle .

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gracie, a Acushnet Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Acushnet, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Acushnet.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Acushnet already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Acushnet breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Acushnet paves the way for another one to be saved.
