Augustina (I call her Augie Doggie) is about 8 years old and is the best house guest you could only wish for - housebroken, quiet, low-to-medium energy, uses doggy door, loves her toys and sleeping under the covers and hanging out with you. She walks well on a leash and minds well.

She was relinquished to CARES about 9 months ago after their home burned down to the ground. Luckily, Augie and her pal Cocoa (has been adopted) ran to safety through their doggy door!!! The owners said that they were homeless now and now so were the dogs.

Adopted in 2015-16.
