If you need an official "greeter" in your home, Merle is ready for the job!! Merle is the "social butterfly" of a litter of 6 puppies who were dumped at a dog pound in rural Arkansas when they were just about 5 days old. They've been lovingly raised by the best doggie grandparents a puppy could ever hope for, in a home filled with love, laughter and lots of social time with kids, adults and other dogs. Merle's gorgeous markings and 2 different colored eyes would get him noticed even if he wasn't rushing up to every new person!! He's a boy who's ready to see and explore the world. (According to a Native American myth, dogs with different colored eyes can see both heaven and earth.) He's the calmest of the brothers (we're talking for a puppy, of course, so it's all relative!) he's very good with larger dogs and he's the first one to give up when a game starts getting too rough. Merle is about 8 - 9 weeks old, he's fat, happy and healthy, and he'll be a medium sized dog fully grown.
