Coby's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Coby's Story...
Coby was rescued from the Miami Dade Shelter by a good samaritan. She adopted him with the help of a Doberman rescue but soon realized that she might be in over her head. She found that Coby is a very sweet dog. He likes her other dogs and playing with them in the back yard and in the house. Coby also wants love and affection but he is scared of people and things. It seems he was not properly socialized as a puppy. He shows NO signs of aggression whatsoever. He only shows fear. We reccomend an experienced adopter. This dog is a total sweetheart but he needs someone who is willing and able to be patient and spend time with him to help him learn how to trust people again.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coby, a Fort Lauderdale Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Fort Lauderdale, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Fort Lauderdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Lauderdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Lauderdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Lauderdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
