Here's what the humans have to say about me:
When we first met our five year old, 75 pound German Shepard, Cyrus, we noticed two things. First, was that he was suffering from a absolutely terrible case of fleas and had lost almost all of the fur on the bottom half of his body, and second, that despite being half naked and abandoned, he carried himself with a refined dignity that you rarely see in a dog. The name Cyrus, by definition, means King or royalty, and our Cyrus is truly that! This gentlemen is about as perfect as they come. He loves other dogs, big and small, absolutely loves people, does fine with cats and is both house trained and crate trained. What more could a new family ask for? He is still healing from the Demodex mange, and has a little ways to go before his shiny black fur fully grows in, but with some love and care we expect him to be back to a nice thick coat in no time. Cyrus is neutered, heartworm negative, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines. For more information or an application to adopt Cyrus, please email us at onemoredogrescueinc@gmail.com
