Madden's Story...

Madden is a Blue Pitbull who is a  2 year old Female. This gorgeous little sweetie is Madden!  Madden originally came to us as a tiny puppy with the rest of her litter when they landed on the euthanasia list at County Animal Control because her owner was sent to prison and the pups were too young to go up for adoption.  They were bottle fed and grew happy and chubby in their foster home.  Madden was adopted by a family that said they would love her forever but a year later when it came time for them to move, said they were unable to take her with them because she is a pit-bull!  She then lived in a foster home for half a year with a wonderful couple who has two other pit bulls – they loved her and treated her like their own.  While in foster care we learned that while this beautiful little girl was great with their dogs, she is not great with every dog – Madden is somewhat picky with who she will share her time with.  She was adopted and spent five months with a couple where she lived happily but the two dogs never really got along and she was returned.  This adorable little girl is house trained, crate trained, great in the car and amazing with people of all ages – children included.  She is funny and makes you laugh out loud just watching her.  She LOVES the water and is like a fish in a pool – next to getting snuggles from people her favorite thing is to swim.  Now Madden is looking for a new home – this time a forever home that will understand her and appreciate all the amazing qualities that make her Madden.  While she does get along with some dogs her best home would be without another dog, one where she can have all the love and attention for herself.  She is super smart, playful and a joy to have around – she also makes a great partner to hang out with and watch a good game or snuggle up with and take a nap.  If your home is missing an expert snuggler maybe Madden is what you’re missing.  For more information please call Toni at 602-686-4158 or email

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Madden, a Phoenix Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
