Ava's Story...

Ava is a 10 year old teacup Chihuahua female with short black and white hair. She was found as a stray in Avondale running around. This girl can run and has some street smarts too. She was obviously loved by someone before because she is an absolute angel and loves to cuddle. She is very active for her age and she loves to go for walks and play around like a young puppy. She also can be very mellow and chill and just loves to hang out. She is just a tiny little thing weighing only about 5 pounds. She is the perfect size to just stick in your pocket and take everywhere with you. Ava is a huge social butterfly and gets along great with all the dogs and loves cats. She adores children and loves to run around after them and play or sit in their lap while they watch a movie. She still likes to run so you have to always watch her by the front door. Its probably how she escaped from her owner the first time. Ava is a wonderful quiet little girl looking for a home that will make sure she is always safe. If Ava seems like the right match for you please call Jen #623-210-6578.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ava, a Phoenix Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
