My name is Oman!

Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier Mix Dog for adoption in Fremont, Michigan - Oman

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Oman's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with cats.

Oman's Story...
Oman came to us along with his feline 'sister' Dora after their previous owner was placed into assisted living. He has taken a while to warm up to us, but is a sweet loving boy that loves to run and play outside. Oman doesn't care for small children and would do the best with an older single or couple looking for a loving companion.
He is UTD on vaccines and has been tested for heartworm. Hew has also been neutered and will be microchipped before going to his new home. As can be typical with an older guy, he does have some arthritis in his hips, but can still run and play with the best of them.
Oman is a black Lab, probably mixed with Pit Bull. His approximate DOB was 7/1/09 and his date of arrival was 4/14/16.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Oman, a Fremont Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Fremont, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Fremont.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fremont already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fremont breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fremont paves the way for another one to be saved.
