Blue's Story...

Gorgeous does not describe this boy.  He is breathtaking.  His coat gleams and his eyes sparkle with the desire to love and be loved.  There are so many good things to say about this boy that it is hard to believe that he was scheduled to be euthanized!  He is a strong boy that would love long walks and a good game of fetch.  He is not a fan of the feline so it would be best if he did not go to a home with cats or other small critters.  He has shown some reactivity to male dogs, female have been okay.  I guess he likes to be the big male on deck.  He is truly a specimen and just wants to be considered a part of the family.  If you are looking for that new best friend, the one that will turn heads when you walk by and that will make you proud to be a pet parent, Blue is the dog for you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Blue, a Ridgefield American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Ridgefield, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Ridgefield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ridgefield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ridgefield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ridgefield paves the way for another one to be saved.
