Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Clover is a unique mixture of breeds and she is a tripod. We would almost state she is a fox because gosh she looks just like one. We are going to say shibi inu and corgi mixture. Clover came to us just after being on her own for almost 4 months due to her owner passing. She was being fed for a little while and then ultimately she had to fend for herself. She was caught in a trap not intended for a dog and had that attached to her leg which is why she only has 3 legs now. She is doing great in her foster home with the other dogs and is housebroken. She doesn't need to be crated - no chewing or getting into things at all. She can hop on the couch - on the bed - missing one leg does not stop her. She is about 2 years in age. Clover did test positive to heartworms (light) and is being given Heartguard each month as a treatment plan (which we will include that in her adoption as we understand that most will not want to have that added expense right out the gate - we want to support and ensure she has all she needs - we are committed to helping her). We hope that there is a loving home out there that would like to add her as a member. She has experienced so much in such a short time. Clover has a nickname too - it is Pretty Girl, she seems to spark right up when you call her that.

Adoption events are every Saturday, excluding holidays, at the Petco located at 11331 W. Broad Street, Glen Allen, VA (next to Trader Joe’s) from 11:00am to 2:00pm.
