Lilly's Story...
Lilly is a 2 yr old cat looking for her forever home. She is a long haired white with grey markings. She does require brushing a few times per week. She needs to be the only pet in the household. Although she loves attention from people, she hides from other animals. She is a very sweet girl who just wants to be someone's one and only. Please consider adopting Lilly to be your pet!

Lilly is spayed, negative for FIV/FelV (Feline Leukemia and Feline AIDS), up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, treated with dewormer and flea/ear mite preventative. Her adoption fee is $75.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilly, a Flushing Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Flushing, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Flushing.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Flushing already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Flushing breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Flushing paves the way for another one to be saved.
