Joni's Story...
11/27/05 Joni is a 2 week old mix breed. Her mom is Mona (see her on our web site). Dad we have no idea. Mona and her pups were rescued from under a porch and brought to a shelter where we took them from. We are taking applications for the puppies. All new guardians will be pre-approved and when they are approved can then go and pick out their puppy. Then the pup will be reserved for them and they can come visit the puppy so that the puppy can bond to them. They will be ready to go home at 8 weeks. We think they'll be small to medium sized dogs but of course we can't be sure. They are being socialized and will be very used to be handled by many people. Their adoption fee is $200.00. To fill out an application for a pup go to our web site at www.animaleducationandrescue.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Joni, a Libertyville Parson Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Parson Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Libertyville, or seeking a Parson Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Libertyville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Libertyville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Libertyville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Parson Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Parson Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Libertyville paves the way for another one to be saved.
