Mollie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

Mollie's Story...
Mollie is just 1 yr old.  She is spay and up to date on her vaccinations.  She is very friendly and petite, weighs approximately 7 lbs.  She is gentle and loves to play and get attention.  As you can see she's a ham for the camera, she knows what a pretty girl she is! She gets along with other cats. Mollie's adoption donation is $100.00. The first step to adopt Mollie is to fill out an application at www.animaleducationandrescue.org and fax it to 847-816-4746. Typically our cats do not go to adoption days because it is too stressful for them. After an application is received and approved a private meeting with Mollie can be arranged.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mollie, a Libertyville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Libertyville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Libertyville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Libertyville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Libertyville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Libertyville paves the way for another one to be saved.
