My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sigmund is a handsome, husky 9 lb Chihuahua mix, about 2 years old. He was found by a Dusty Paws volunteer running loose in a store parking lot with another little dog, Geoffrey. Reports were made to animal shelters and flyers were posted, but no one came to claim either dog. Sigmund and Geoff are over the mandated 30 day hold period now and are available for adoption.

Sigmund is good in the home. He was probably an outside dog, so is now learning to be house trained. He is definitely crate trained with no overnight accidents. He doesn't chew things and doesn't bark excessively. He loves to play with other dogs, even large ones as long as they are not too rough.

Both Sigmund and Geoff are loving, affectionate little fellows who are fine being carried around by humans. They love to be snuggled. At their first adoption showings they spent more time in laps than anywhere else. They ride well in the car.

Sigmund is now neutered and is up to date on his vaccinations. He is all ready to be your little golden buddy.
