Hope's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, declawed, and good with kids.

Hope's Story...
Hope is a mellow 3 year old cat available for adoption. She enjoys sitting on laps and getting lots of pets. Her previous owner loved her and was devastated to have to give her up. Hope did live with another cat but she would probably be much more happy being the only cat and getting her families undivided attention. She would do best in a home with older kids as the young toddlers scare her. Hope is already spayed and a front paw declaw. Her adoption fee is $50 and includes all her vaccines, registered microchip, fecal exam, deworming, and FIV/Felv test.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hope, a Joliet Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Joliet, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Joliet.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Joliet already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Joliet breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Joliet paves the way for another one to be saved.
