MEET CHANTE – a 3 year old 40 lb Black Lab/Staffordshire mix with a shiny ebony coat, looking for her forever home. Chante was surrendered to the city shelter along with her 2 siblings. It was hard for her to lose her family, but she has come such a long way. Being the brave girl that she is, Chante has made so much progress and thanks to her devoted foster mom, she is now a happy willing to trust dog who loves being petted, hugged and even likes baths after digging holes in the back yard. Chante loves going on walks, and knows how to Sit on command. She is fine with other dogs and is a gentle soul. She loves to squiggle on her back in the grass and get belly rubs. Affectionate and protective, well mannered, housetrained, and good with other dogs, Chante is a brave little girl who has come a long way. Will you open your home and heart to her?
