Acadia is a beautiful cat that was rescued from the local high-kill shelter when she caught a kitty cold. Because she was sick, they were going to put her down. Acadia quickly recovered and is now ready for a home. Acadia is a sweet cat, that is very affectionate, gentle, and sweet. She would love a home to call her own! All H.O.P.E. animals are fixed, have received age appropriate vaccinations, are tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids, are treated for internal and external parasites, and are microchipped. About Helping Overpopulation of Pets End (HOPE)

About Our Rescue Group...

Helping Overpopulation of Pets End (HOPE), is here to educate the public about the problem and put an end to unwanted animals in Brevard County Florida. Too many animals are euthanized in the shelters in Brevard County. Brevard should strive to become a no-kill County, doing all it can to find homes for the animals in need.
We foster animals in order to help abandoned, homeless, and stray animals find permanent and loving homes.
We educate all people on proper pet care.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Adoption events are held at Pet Supermarket stores in Brevard County (West Melbourne, Melbourne, Indian Harbour Beach and Merritt Island) on Saturday afternoons. Please call for more information.

Our Adoption Process...

We require an application prior to proceeding with the adoption process. If application is approved then a contract is signed. We take all our animals back for any reason.
