This is BUSTER BROWN and one of the sweetest, gentlest fellas one could ever hope to have in their family!
BUSTER BROWN'S STORY:
LONG ISLAND, NY: After 6 years living in the same home, Buster finds himself homeless, in a shelter, filled with other homeless dogs. Actually, for the last 6 years, Buster spent his days and nights not exactly IN his home, but OUTSIDE in the yard. And at night, he slept in a dog house.
Is it better that he is here now, with the chance of being adopted into a loving home? One that will treat him like a member of the family, and let him live INSIDE and love on him, and cuddle with him? That is what we wish for him, so please help us find his dream home! Buster is 8 years old, and was acquired at age 2 from his previous owners friend.
Buster is very friendly with people, and looks for attention... making it that much more heartbreaking that he was kept outside his whole life. Buster Brown is very calm, he's sweet, and he loves to just lay his head in your lap. He also seems HOUSETRAINED. We hate to see a senior dog at the shelter, a dog who has never even had the experience of being an indoor dog, loved on every day, and cherished like he should.

- LOVES, adores really -- all people -- a big sweet boy!
- NEEDS to be ONLY PET but what a LOVE -- you wont need any more than this boys heart and affection
- Healthy and UTD on shots
