Puddy's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Puddy's Story...
Puddy is a German Shep mix. He’s about 5 years old and about 70 lbs. He has a VERY high prey drive so cats would not be good with him. He can be trusted loose in the house while you are gone. He’s housebroken and is good with other dogs but rarely plays with them as he pretty much just wants to lay around inside with his people. He LOVES squeak toys!
Puddy if fostered in Huntsville, AL. If you would like to meet him email info@forrescue.net.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Puddy, a Chattanooga German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
