Speedbump – male min pin
Speedbump is a very cool dog. He always brings a smile to me. His personally is so awesome. He loves to go on walks, and more often is very independent.
When he wants your attention (it’s on his time) he will look at you and gives you a “pay attention” growl to be picked up.
This adorable dog lives with a family of three female dogs. Yes, he is king in the home; but also knows the queen dog rules. He has also spent time with two big dogs 70-80 lbs in the family when they come to visit. He will probably do better with at least one other dog in the home.
He loves his chew toys and a morning treat. His main love is food and toys. He is not food aggressive, but a food hog. He will need to be watched during meal time if there is another dog bowl around. When giving him a treat he is not always polite and will grab from your hand. Although he knows how to take gently from your hand he does forget from time to time. This will be a continued training in process.
He likes men, women and kids around 5 and up. He is an indoor/outdoor dog. He loves to sleep on a soft dog bed.
He is dog door trained, and housebroken. He may need to be closely supervised in the beginning, or if there isn’t a dog door.
He will probably do better with a mature family or family with children over six years.
Speedbump is a great dog to add to your family. Out of all the foster’s he is the one male dog we thought about adopting. By no fault of his own, we just need to keep our home open for future fosters.
To be without Speedbump life will be boring……
