QUEENIE's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

QUEENIE's Story...
QUEENIE! Such a playful girl. QUEENIE is barely 2 years old and is full of life and is so kind and sweet of a kitty. She is a calico with very distinct markings. QUEENIE loves to play with her mice toys and loves for you to play with her fishing rod toys. QUEENIE would do wonderful with another kitty or by herself but really likes attention. She is still very young-she resembles QUEENIE (also on this website) in looks and we think they may be related since they came in from the same place.

QUEENIE is a rescue from a nearby kill shelter. She has been completely vetted and is very healthy. Below is what is included on vetting of QUEENIE with your adoption fee:
SPAYED
Up to date on shots including Leukemia, the all-in-one and rabies
FIV/FeLV negative.
De-flead
De-wormed

Why Adoption is a Great Option

QUEENIE, a Owenboro Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Owenboro, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Owenboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Owenboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Owenboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Owenboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
