***Arizona Joe***'s Story...
~~ADOPT ARIZONA JOE IN SO CAL~~~

He is extremely friendly with people and also good with other dogs. He is neutered up-to-date on vaccines and microchipped. He is about 55 lbs, excellent on leash, and very easy to handle. We have not heard him bark once. He has very calm energy and is in good health for a senior dog.

Joe is an approx. 10 year old Mountain Cur /Boxer, with possibly malinois shepherd/ Lab mix that was originally rescued from East Valley in 2010. We rescued Joe from a Buddhist sanctuary in the mountains in Arizona, where he had been living for the last 6 years, in a dog run with only a dogloo for protection from the elements.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

***Arizona Joe***, a Woodland Hills Mountain Cur/Belgian Malinois dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Mountain Cur/Belgian Malinois for sale in Woodland Hills, or seeking a Mountain Cur/Belgian Malinois dog from a breeder in Woodland Hills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woodland Hills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woodland Hills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Mountain Cur/Belgian Malinois breeders who help with Mountain Cur/Belgian Malinois rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woodland Hills paves the way for another one to be saved.
