My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We met Francesca when she was working as a mouser at a Queens bodega. She wasn't spayed so she was, ehem, a working mom. We persuaded the kind bodega owner to have her spayed and find home sfor her most recent litter of kittens - and in the process - discovered that she was DECLAWED! Obviously Francesca did not return to her day job, although she continued to nurse 3 more litters of orphan kittens for our rescue. Even after she was spayed she nursed, cleaned and played with the little ones (3, 4 -weeks old who would otherwise had to be bottle fed). We LOVE Francesca and all kittens love her too!

Francesca is a big, gorgeous girl, with dark eyeliner and angular features. She is declawed on the front paws but seems to have forgotten that, is fully adjusted, patient and very sweet.

Francesca LOVES food and while we are feeding her all she wants when she nursed the kittens, her food intake should probably be controlled so she stays svelte and healthy.
