Ok - seriously we have no idea what breed Emma really is but she is wirehaired, 56lbs and resembles the breeds selected but please - they are only a guess! Emma is a super sweet girl who lived her life on the San Antonio streets. She was very difficult to catch but once caught we have discovered this is the sweetest loving girl ever who simply craves attention (but isn't needy). Her street feeders named her Emma and she knows it and comes to it. She gives her paw and gives the sweetest little kisses to show her appreciation. She is still leery about coming inside, doesn't like to be crated or kenneled and LOVES Rusty here at the rescue. Emma needs to have a companion dog to help her acclimate and socialize. She is submissive and gets along with all sizes. Emma can however escape through small holes in a fence and/or go over a standard chain link so a secured privacy fence is a must. This girl, after all she's been through, deserves a stable loving home. Is it yours?  You will not regret adding her to your family. please apply at www.krrtx.org/forms

About Katie's Roadside Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Katie's Roadside Rescue is a 501c3 animal rescue with the primary mission of saving dogs that have been dumped in the country or side of the road to fend for themselves. Donations and volunteers are the heart of KRR and could not function without the generous help from others. All dogs will be fully vetted prior to adoption. Because of KRR's mission, all dogs must come back to this rescue so they never have to worry about being dumped again. All support is greatly appreciated and needed.

Come Meet Our Pets...

After the application has been approved scheduled meet and greets can take place at a park, at the adopters home or at an adoption event.

Our Adoption Process...

Please go to www.krrtx.org and click on forms/applications of the left hand side to complete an adoption application.
