After almost 2 years in foster care, and having been through so much in her early life, Lucky is ready for a home of her own. She LOVES to be held and nuzzled, and she purrs excitedly once she knows you’re her friend. Lucky has chronic watering of one eye because that tear duct is scarred by the infection. Her other eye is permanently clouded by the eye infections. Lucky was evaluated by a veterinary opthalmalogist who feels she sees well enough from both eyes (despite the clouding), and he recommends no further treatment since the eye infections have cleared up.
A sweet girl who LOVES attention and to play with the plastic balls – chasing them and chirping when she gets excited while playing – Lucky will make a wonderful pet for a loving individual or family. She and Sadie (the tortie) have become the best of friends while in foster care, so we're hoping they can be adopted together as each other's "BFF's."
Lucky is up to date on vaccines, spayed, FeLV/FIV neg. If interested in adoption, contact foster mom Jan 570-204-6823.
