Bennett came to us when his humans got evicted from their home. He is sweet, trusting and curious. While waiting for a foster home, he did a few weeks in a crate at the vet's office - and that's tough on a fella! When temporarily sprung to have his photo taken, he rolled and rolled in the grass. Who could blame him? As a former pet, he is said to be housebroken and knows how to use a doggy door. He loves to go on walks and he's fine meeting other dogs who are the same size or smaller, but he's a little afraid of big dogs and barks at them. He's also quite happy lolling around the house in dog beds or on the couch, waiting for a belly rub. He didn't try getting in the human bed at all. Bennett is a real love - and at 10 is no where near retirement. He's got things to sniff and lots to investigate.
