Bernie here! I'm a quiet fellow who likes to enjoy the finer things in life like sunny windowsills, climbing up a cat tower, and playing with toys. I have to admit, I am a little bit shy upon first meeting and take a little bit longer to settle into new environments. I was rescued from a hoarding situation so while i have lived with people I didn't always get all the care and attention I needed. The folks here have slowly taught me that humans are my friends and now I am ready to find a family of my own. Due to my shyer nature I am looking for a home with older children or adults and one with cat experience who will keep working with me to help me socialize.
