Meet Savannah! Savannah came into the rescue after animal control found her hiding under a house in a rural area. Animal Control quickly realized she was injured and treated her puncture wounds. She waited at the county shelter for her owner but no one came looking. Savannah became depressed and would barely lift her head up. Thankfully, we were able to rescue Savannah and find her a foster home. Savannah is now waiting for her forever home. Could that be you?Savannah is very sweet and good natured. She loves all she meets, including horses. She is a mature gal of about 7 years, but enjoys doing all things alongside her people. We would love to find Savannah her forever home so she can settle in and form a bond with a family that will adore her!
The minimum adoption donation for adults is $300 and the adoption donation for puppies is $400 - $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
