BeeBee's Story...
Meet BeeBee! She is a very very sweet girl! BeeBee is 1-2yrs old, weighs 40lbs, house trained, up to date on shots and is spayed. Unfortunately she is Heartworm positive but is starting her treatment now. BeeBee gets along with dogs, cats and people. She can be a bit shy at first but warms up nicely. She does like to be with her person and hang out with you. BeeBee was found abandoned and stuck in a fence. She was underweight and the vet believes her to be a Boxer mix. Please fill out an adoption application for BeeBee at www.hs-uc.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BeeBee, a Monroe Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Monroe, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Monroe.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Monroe already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Monroe breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Monroe paves the way for another one to be saved.
