I once was a lonely soul, homeless, sick and neglected. Starved for attention and looking for love in all the wrong places, my days were numbered. That is until I was rescued and my life changed for the better. The nasty worms that invaded my heart are now gone for good; which added years to my life. My name is Jackson; I’m a year old and weigh 40 pounds. Although, I’m young, I’m mature in character, quite beyond my years. I’m an easy-going kind of guy with a warm and friendly heart toward everyone I meet. I have a hunger to love and be loved. I’m a hopeless romantic, trying to find my one true love. I’m looking for someone who will take walks with me, something I love to do. I like going to the beach and lying in the sand. I’m sociable by nature and like meeting people and visiting different places. I’m calm, mild-mannered, level headed and drama free; so my partner would have to have the same temperament and personality for us to be a match. At home I like to relax; I’m not much of a player with toys or have to have something to occupy my time or keep me busy. Nor do I need another canine to be my best friend. I like other canines and will occasionally romp around and play. I much rather, however; keep my partner company. Whether it’s hearing about their day, be that shoulder to cry on or someone to snuggle with, I’m the guy who will be there through thick and thin.
