My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome devil is Charlie, our 11 month old foster boy. Charlie came into our lives just a bit ago, full of love, play, energy and cuddles. He is an owner surrender as his owner was moving and could not bring Charlie along. Charlie is a handsome boy with striking caramel, black and white markings on his expressive face, and amazing, intelligent brown eyes that melt right into you. His body is primarily white, with a scattering of adorable Jack Russell spots on his belly and a long graceful tail. He has long legs and a strong body, and loves walks in the park, and playing fetch with tennis balls. We have discovered that Charlie knows how to “sit” on command, and does the best that an 11 month old boy can do when you tell him to “stay.” He loves treats, and the human touch for comfort and love. It did not take Charlie long to acclimate to our home and to want to play with his 6 canine foster brothers and sisters. Charlie would be amazing with children and being still a puppy, would need his puppy exuberance monitored with very young children. He even wants to play with his foster cat, although the cat is not a fan of that. Charlie is all about the play, and loves toys, and strong chewy bones, and he loves to play tug of war. And of course, the tennis balls. Charlie is crate trained, is a good boy in his crate while his foster mom and dad are at work. He sleeps in a sleeper crate at night in his foster parents’ bedroom and they don’t hear a peep out of him. Charlie is in great health, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped. He is a great dog, and will make an amazing companion to any loving home/family. Please fill out an application and give yourself the gift of Charlie – you will never regret it.
