Here's what the humans have to say about me:
BENSON is a 5 year old neutered yellow male Lab who weighs 59 pounds. Benson is a very friendly pup who thinks it great to be with you. When he wants some attention he will put one of his paws in your lap and look up as if to say I really would like some attention. Likes to chase toys and ball but doesn't always bring it back but will to lay down and chew on them. He only chews on his toys doesn't touch the kids. Sleeps on his couch at night or will sometimes go in his crate. Kids 3 and up lived with two girls they are always around him. They give him treats, pet him, he lays at the foot of the bed for story time. Good with other dogs, lived with a French Bulldog and with neighbors Dobermans. Lived with a cat for his first 3 years with no problems. Knows Sit, Paw, lay down, stay (sort of). He pulls some on lead as he wants to play and sniff. Good with Easy Walk Harness. House and crate trained, has run of the house. Does not need a crate. Sometimes he will jump up on someone when first meeting them, working on this. He is scared of the trash truck and will hide in the bath tub, other trucks don't bother him. Benson was given up as husband has allergies which are getting worse and medication and injections didn't' help. He was a well-loved member of the family. He is approved for kids 3+. More info soon!
