INDIE is cute, cuddly, and confident all rolled into one puppy breath filled package! She lives in a foster home with another slightly older puppy and 3 adult dogs. She is getting the socialization that is immeasurably valuable at this crucial developmental stage. INDIE is also lucky enough to have a foster mom who is home most of the time. This means she gets more attention and affection than the average pup. She loves to be carried, snuggle, give kisses, and go anywhere her foster mom or the resident children go. INDIE adores playing with the other pups and has no clue she is the smallest pup in the household. She understands the concept of going outside to potty. She does really well using puppy pads when access to the back yard isn't available. INDIE will be 9 weeks old 5/28/2016. She is ready to spread her wings and find her forever family. We know she will bring them lifetime of joy and unconditional love!
INDIE will be microchipped and vaccinated as many times as age will allow when she travels to her forever home.
Her $450 adoption fee includes interstate health certificate and transport to the Midwest.

All of our dogs start their journey in Memphis, Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted. Once adopted, they travel via one of our transport partners to their new forever homes. We use Alpha Dog Pet Transport for our New England, Nashville, and Knoxville adoptions (https://alphadogtransport.com) and The Road Home Pet Transport for our Midwest adopters (https://www.facebook.com/roadhomepettransport).
Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well-educated decision from well qualified staff.
Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you request, complete, and submit an application before asking additional questions. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Woof River is 100% volunteer operated. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.
