Bonnie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Bonnie's Story...
Bonnie is a delightful one year old brown with white markings spayed female Chihuahua - Pug puppy who was discarded at the Shelter. Weighing eight pounds, Bonnie has a medium energy level - today she preferred to be carried out to the photo shoot but we think she probably walks fairly well on leash and likely is housebroken. This affectionate sweetheart has a marvelous disposition, she gets along fine with the dogs she is kenneled with and we think she will do great with children. Bonnie is an outstanding lapdog and indoor pet for anyone.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bonnie, a San Marcos Chihuahua/Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Pug for sale in San Marcos, or seeking a Chihuahua/Pug dog from a breeder in San Marcos.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Marcos already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Marcos breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Pug breeders who help with Chihuahua/Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Marcos paves the way for another one to be saved.
